Bronx-Style Chocolate Egg Cream
This Bronx-Style Chocolate Egg Cream is a traditional American-Jewish drink made without egg or cream that's super refreshing and comes with a nice foamy head. With only 3 ingrédients; milk, chocolate syrup, and soda water it's the quickest drink you'll ever make!

- 4oz ice cold barista style oat/ plant based milk
- 4 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2fl. oz ice cold soda water
Instructions
Étape 1
Add the oat milk and chocolate syrup to the Ninja Cup and secure the blade. Secure the cup into the unit. Select the 'BLEND' function by turning the dial then press to start the program.
Étape 2
Once blended transfer to a large glass then top up with the soda water. Pour from height to create a nice foamy head. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Opt for a chocolate syrup made from natural fruit extracts for a lower sugar version.
